Darwin Gillett

Co-author of the best selling book Create the Business Breakthrough You Want: Secrets & Strategies from the World’s Greatest Mentors, and author of the forthcoming book Leading an Energized Enterprise and its Spiritual Capital.  Mr. Gillett is a seasoned business consultant to both large international corporations and smaller privately held companies and frequent international speaker on the Leadership of Human Energy Capital. Mr. Gillett has a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Business Economics & Finance from the University of Chicago .


Karen Jeisi Program Director, SMG Collaborative

Senior executive with extensive background in executing large scale business restructures, leading diverse nationwide organizations, and directing complex financial, legal, and government affairs matters with significant public visibility to the corporation. Pivotal role in turn-around of AT&T Canada LDS, a company which significantly improved shareholder value, market position and employee morale by realigning its leadership and management processes using the Integrated SMG System. Also served as a Director on the Board of AT&T Canada LDS with special focus on the Social Responsibility committee of the Board. In 1997, included in Who’s Who in Canadian Business.  Ms. Jeisi has a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Maryland and an MS in Advanced Management from Pace University.


Debra Italiano Program Director, SMG Collaborative

Business Development executive with background in implementing strategic initiatives requiring large-scale organizational change. Former project leader of a strategic governance change project for a major investment banking firm; recently engineered collaboration between two leadership development organizations to deliver 21st century skills to visionary management. She has a focus on intangible value creation and managing risk related to these assets. Ms. Italiano has a BS in Psychology from Pace University.
