Kenneth Bardach  

Associate Dean & Director of ExecEdge Corporate Education at the Olin School of Business, St. Louis, MO
Mr. Bardach was appointed to this position in May of 2004. He previously has led executive education and MBA programs at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute School of Management and the Boston University School of Management. Bardach also taught finance courses at Kellogg and lectured in finance and economics at New York University Graduate School of Business. In the corporate world, he directed management education and development programs at the Harris Corp. and Deere & Co. As a member of the Peace Corps, Bardach lectured and taught economics in Lima, Peru for two years.

Severyn Bruyn  

Professor of Sociology, Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA
Author of numerous books, including A Civil Economy: Transforming the Market in the Twenty-first Century (2000), A Future for the American Economy: The Social Market (1991) – winner of the Presidential Book Award, Association for Social Economics – and a forth-coming book on Civil Markets. Sev is the 1999 winner of the Association of Social Economics Thomas F. Divine Award. Previously, Sev was director of the Graduate Program in Social Economy and Social Policy and member of the Core Faculty Team of Boston College's Leadership for the Common Good program, a social management training agenda in the Joint Degree Program between the Department of Sociology and the Carroll School of Management. Sev holds BS, MA and PhD degrees from the University of Illinois.

William Catucci  

President & CEO, Regulatory DataCorp, International, New York, NY
Previously, Bill served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Equifax, Inc., where he led the revitalization of the organization and its financial performance. Before joining Equifax, Bill was President and CEO of AT&T Canada Long Distance Services, where he revived both the organization and its business performance, described in "Bringing a Company Back to Life - the Role of a CEO". Prior to that assignment, he led AT&T's business expansion into Alaska and Canada. At AT&T, he was Vice President of Government Affairs and also responsible for relationships with independent telephone companies in the United States. As a corporate attorney, he handled regulatory and tax matters for AT&T. Bill is a graduate of Fordham University and the New York Law School.

Steven Chandler Hall  

Founder and owner, Chandler, LLC, Greenwich, CT
Steve's firm serves as the owner's representative, project planner and manager for residential and institutional design and construction. His firm is also active in promoting sustainable development and has consulted on eco-tourism projects in the Caribbean, Europe and the US. Steve holds a BA in architecture from Princeton University.

Judi Neal  

Founder and Executive Director, Association for Spirit at Work (ASAW), East Haven, CT
ASAW is a worldwide network of leaders, consultants and employees who seek greater integration of spirituality and work. The Association provides networking, publications, research, courses, and consulting to individuals and organizations. Judi has worked in industry as a manager for Honeywell, has consulted to organizations and taught management at the University of New Haven. She is on the Boards of Directors of several professional, community, and academic organizations. Judi is a frequent speaker at business and professional conferences, and has been quoted in Business Week, Personnel Journal, CEO Magazine, Wall Street Journal, and numerous other publications in the U.S., Europe and Japan. Judi holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Yale.

George Niemann  

President & CEO, Bancroft NeuroHealth, Haddonfield, NJ.
George's association with Bancroft began in 1977 when he served as Clinical Services Coordinator and later Executive Director at Bancroft North, Owl's Head, Maine. Subsequently, he was Research Fellow and Coordinator, Pediatric Neurology Research Unit, Massachusetts General Hospital. In 1983, he returned to Bancroft as President and Chief Executive, where he is responsible for the administration of all programs and services. George has published and been quoted in numerous articles and research studies in neuropsychology and related fields, including the Journal of the American Academy of Child Psychiatry, Clinical Neuropsychology, and the Journal of Child Neurology. He has presented papers and workshops, nationally and internationally, on topics ranging from the practice of neuropsychology, autism, brain injury, program development and professional training. George serves as a consultant to several organizations in North America and Europe regarding program development, administrative services, specialized programs on community re-entry, and neuropsychological services. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the International Brain Injury Association, Chairman of the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Administrative Psychology. George received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

David Ogle  

Consultant in Democratic Processes, and Director of International Program Development and Research for The State Legislative Leaders Foundation
Dave provides guidance to parliamentary and legislative bodies in developing nations in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa seeking to institutionalize and strengthen their management, organization and processes. As Executive Director and COO of the CT Joint Committee on Legislative Management, Dave was credited with "dragging Connecticut legislature into the twentieth century, upgrading its staff and turning it into one of high professionalism" (Hartford Courant). Dave is author of two books, Strengthening the Mississippi Legislature and Strengthening the Connecticut Legislature, and numerous other publications on democracy, governance, and management. Most recently, he authored "Working With The Media", a manual for the State Legislative Leaders Foundation for use by American state legislators and four handbooks for use by the 400 regional parliamentary bodies in Indonesia on the topics of effective parliamentary leadership, parliamentary relations with the news media, parliamentary committee operations, and parliamentary development of public policy through a public/private partnership. Dave also serves as a consultant to the Yale University Institute of Social and Policy Analysis. He holds an MA from Rutgers University, where he was an Eagleton Fellow, and a BA from the College of Wooster.

Vincent Petrecca  

Formerly EVP of Hubbell, Inc., Orange, CT
Hubbell is an international manufacturer of electrical and electronic products for industrial, commercial, telecommunications and utility markets. Vin was responsible for a majority of Hubbell's business, revenues and profits. During his thirty years with Hubbell, he revitalized several divisions, integrated acquisitions, improved their competitive position, and increased profitability. In 1997, Vin received the Award of Merit from the National Association of Electrical Distributors. He is currently involved with several start-up businesses as an investor, director and advisor. Vin holds a BS degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut.

George Starcher  

Co-founder and Secretary-General of the European Baha'i Business Forum (EBBF), Chambery, France
EBBF is a network of nearly 300 members in 46 countries, dedicated to putting their spiritual principles into practice in their business lives. In this capacity, he manages the network and organizes projects and collaboration with other networks and associations to promote values and ethics in business. Many of these efforts are in Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, George was a Director of McKinsey & Company in Europe. He is a member of the Board of Directors of, and consultant to, the European Centre for Continuing Education (CEDEP) at Fontainebleau, France since 1972. George is author of several articles and publications on Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Entrepreneurship. Most recently he directed a joint effort of EBBF with the International Labour Office in Geneva and drafted the final 120-page report on Socially Responsible Enterprise Restructuring. George received a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Mathematics from Yale, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, with Distinction (Baker Scholar).

Barbara Williams  

Founder, President and CEO of Image Content Technology LLC (ICT), Glastonbury, CT
Barbara provides overall leadership for this image-processing software company. She is responsible for all ICT operations including sales and marketing, operations, technology development, licensing, and fundraising. She has 18 years varied experience in technical product development, licensing, marketing, sales, venture capital, and business development. Former positions include Managing Director, Technology, for Connecticut Innovations (the State of Connecticut's venture capital organization); Operations Manager and Process Consultant, RPM Systems, (a small environmental and economic development consulting firm); Regional Sales Development Engineer for Hewlett-Packard Company ($50 million/year sales territory, high frequency test and measurement products); and Electrical Engineer for RCA and C. S. Draper Laboratory (analog/digital circuit design and signal processing). Barbara also provides consulting for start-up businesses. Barbara holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in electrical engineering from M.I.T.
