Mentoring – to help you address specific business and leadership challenges. IHE mentors have successfully led organizations by utilizing principles of Human Economics.
IHE Sounding Board – an opportunity to tap the wisdom of a group of IHE advisors to help you address a specific business challenge. This service first helps you clarify the issue via communicating it to selected IHE advisors. You then get the advantage – usually in a teleconference – of hearing ideas from several experienced leaders. Plus there is a follow up session with one IHE advisor to help you determine the action implications of the Sounding Board discussion.
